BarbK and Tygr have set up a chat channel called OncoChat where cancer survivors, family and friends can talk on-line. This site describes their history and also shows how you can join in. This site also gives details of a multitude of oncology resources on the internet including many of the mailing lists dealing with cancer with most forms of cancer having their own dedicated list, in particular Ovarian.
